SIMPOZIONUL INTERNATIONAL DE ARTE VIZUALE

Cucuteni (Romanian pronunciation:  [kukuˈtenʲ]) is a commune in Iași County, Romania, with a population of 1,446 as of 2002. It is located 45  km from the city of Iași and 10  km from the town of  Târgu Frumos. Neighbouring villages and communes are Todirești (to the north), Târgu Frumos and Cotnari (to the east) and Ruginoasa (to the west). The name of the village is derived from Romanian word "cucută", meaning hemlock. The commune is composed of four villages: Băiceni, Bărbătești, Cucuteni and Săcărești.

A trove of ancient artifacts was discovered in Cucuteni in 1884. It was determined that these artifacts had been produced by an ancient people whose existence and culture had previously been unknown to modern scholars. Those scholars named the newly discovered ancient culture the Cucuteni culture, after the name of the village in which artifacts of that culture had first been discovered.

In Cucuteni village there is an archeological museum displaying artifacts of the Cucuteni culture, as well as a church built in the 15th century during the rule of Stephen III of Moldavia .

I’m so delighted to be Invited to attend the 10th edition of the International Symposium on Visual Arts, HUMAn, Cucuteni 2019.

During the symposium, we held creative art workshops with local children from Cucuteni. Children growing up in the nature are very creative, energetic and joyful.

I believe this wonderful atmosphere will spread out to the people and the world with love, joy and peace. We are going to make it.

HUMAN AND HUGS.

The excursions and trips allow us to get to know the culture and roots of Cucuteni area. We learned about the importance of the rural life to the communities and also to the world. They shown the labour in the village embody so much love.

Glad that I had a great time with the Romanian people, Ionela-Sandrina Mihuleac's family, neighbor, Marta Jakobovits, Julia Rep, Ileana Horoba-Danci, Sadegh Bagheri, Arezu Zargar, Evrim Özeskici, Martha Cashman, the artists from different countries.

All matters on earth encompass a biological spectrum of nature human and universe elements that connect with each together invisibly. The symbiotic relationship between the cities and natural countryside relies on the space to transmit the multi frequency aura, transforming the nutrients in the land and air, and absorbing the eco energy.

“Cucuteni” is a remote Romanian village where i experienced different perspective of rural living and learned the importance of communities rural life. Cucuteni has precious history and culture, Romanians recognize life in villages are not prosperous however they have substantial natural resources. Children in villages acquired a sense of natural resources in their thoughts and knowledge.

We exist in nature, how do we become aware of the richness we possess?
